INGREDIENTS:
- tomatoes
- cucumber
- onion
- green pepper
- feta cheese
- Papa's Grove EVOO
- Papa's Grove Oregano
- salt (ideally rock salt)
- pepper
Cut tomatoes and cucumber in chunks, slice the onion and pepper thinly, throw inside a bowl and sprinkle thoroughly with good quality extra virgin olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Once done with the salad, dip your bread in the remaining juices ("papara") and wipe the bowl clean!
